General Notes: Husband - John Bruce Clark
He was educated in the public schools of Seneca, PA, and as a young man worked on a farm and in a saw mill. He moved to Clarion County in 1886 and was now the owner of a finely improved farm of sixty-six acres, located near Knox, in Beaver township. In addition to general farming and stock raising he was the owner of a saw mill in Beaver township. He was a Republican in politics, and both he and his wife were members of the Evangelical Reformed church. Fraternally he was affiliated with Knox Lodge, No. 296, Knights of Pythias. [GPHAV, 838]
