General Notes: Husband - John Nair

The Nairs, of German descent, came to America from their native land toward the end of the seventeenth century, originally settling in Pennsylvania, later going south to Virginia, with which state they were long identified.

John Nair was the owner of a vast plantation in Virginia, where he passed his entire life and where his children were born. The family faith was the German Lutheran.

Notes: Marriage

Besides the children listed there were two others who died young.
