General Notes: Husband - Squire Thomas Cheyney
He was a justice of the peace, and an earnest Whig in the time of the Revolution, and one of the most intelligent and progressive farmers of his day. He was known far and near as Squire Cheyney. He was buried in the family graveyard, a short distance northward from Cheyney Station.
