General Notes: Husband - Dr. Benjamin Love
He grew to manhood in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, and studied medicine with his brother, Dr. James Love, of Greenfield, Mercer County. In February, 1857, he removed to Girard, Ohio, but returned in the spring of 1858 and located in Sharon, where he continued in the active duties of his profession up to his death, which took place at the old Byers homestead in Lackawannock Township, where he was visiting at the time. He also carried on a drug store in Sharon for many years. He was an attendant of the United Presbyterian Church, to which denomination his wife also belonged. Politically a Republican, he filled the offices of councilman and school director of Sharon, and for nearly thirty years was one of the leading physicians of the Shenango Valley.
