General Notes: Husband - Isaac Carson

He and his wife continued their residence in Fallow­field township, Washington County, PA, until 1877, when he bought 140 acres in Allen township, to which they removed. He continued to own sixty-four acres in Fallowfield town­ship, and in addition to general farming was con­siderably interested in live stock, making it a specialty. Politically he voted independent of party in local politics, but supported the Democrats on national issues. He was a member of the school board. Mrs. Carson was identified with the Disciple Church.
