General Notes: Husband - Matthew Henry Taylor


He acquired his school training in Huntingdon Academy, Pennsylvania, and followed railroad life in various capacities from 1864 till 1882. On the organization of the Youghiogheny River Coal Company, he received the appointment of Secretary and Treasurer.
He was president of the Pittsburgh Coal Company.
