General Notes: Husband - Lewis N. Burry
He was reared in his native township, and attended the public schools there and in Butler, Pennsylvania. He learned the tinsmith's trade at Evans City, where he located in 1879, and in 1887 he established a business as a dealer in hardware, stoves, etc., .
He and wife were members of the Presbyterian church of Evans City. He was a member of Harmony Lodge, F. & A. M., Evans City Lodge, K. of P., and Evans City Council, Jr., O. U. A. M. In politics, he was a Republican.
