General Notes: Husband - James Jackson
He came to America from County Tyrone, Ireland, in young manhood, and became a well-to-do farmer in Pulaski Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He went back to Ireland several times, and died on his farm at the advanced age of eighty-eight years. He was a second cousin of General Jackson, of the Confederate army. He and his wife were Methodists in religious connection.
