General Notes: Husband - Michael Dunkle
His family and the Boyers came from Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, and settled in Clarion County. They were of German descent.
He was born in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and moved to Clarion County with his parents when he was but eight years old. The family located in West Freedom, Perry township, and there he was reared and trained to agricultural pursuits, and followed this occupation all his life. He succeeded to the ownership of a portion of the old homestead, where he lived until his death.
General Notes: Wife - Caroline Boyer
She came from Germany to America when she was three years old, arriving here with her family, who settled near Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, later coming westward to Clarion County.
Her death occurred at the age of sixty-three.
