General Notes: Husband - Jonathan Henderson
He was a farmer and later, following the example of his brother Robert, erected a building in Hendersonville, PA, and engaged in the tannery business, and later conducted a shoe shop. He was a Justice of the Peace for many years; a Republican and later a Prohibitionist. At two different times he served as postmaster at Hendersonville-in all about 15 years. He was one of the founders of the Hendersonville Methodist Church and contributed generously to its support.
