General Notes: Husband - William R. Bowser

He was born on his father's farm in Washington Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. He devoted his life to the farm. He attended the public school in his neighborhood and worked on the farm till he was grown up. For a short period he worked for his brother-in-law, Amos T. Fair, at the carpenter trade. He married shortly after he settled on a farm at Cowansville.
