General Notes: Husband - David Silveus


He was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and when two years old removed with his father to Rockingham County, Virginia. At the age of twenty-one years he went to Fayette County, Pennsylvania, where he married and soon after moved to Franklin Township, Greene County, where he bought 300 acres. In 1849 he came with his wife and sons, John, Anthony and William to Mercer County, and settled in Lake Township, on a farm later owned by John and Thomas Kemm.
He and his wife were members of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
