General Notes: Husband - John Boyer

---

He was married before he came to Butler County, Pennsylvania, and received two hundred acres of the lands purchased by his father, on which he settled and lived for many years. He finally removed to Harmony, where he died, aged seventy-four years. The par­ents were members of the Mennonite church, and in politics, he was a Republican.
