General Notes: Husband - Frederick Booher


He was a native of France, grew up in that country, but came to the United States in 1829, and locating in Bedford, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, bought a farm and found employment for his energies in agricultural pursuits.

He located in Bedford County, where he engaged in milling for some time, but later removed to Armstrong County, and turned his attention to lumbering and farming throughout the remainder of his life.

In 1830 he sold his two farms at Everett, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, and moved to Armstrong County near Montgomeryville.
