General Notes: Husband - Allen McComb

He served in the American army during the Revolution, for six years, and immediately subsequent to that, located on the tract in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. This tract was first surveyed on an application order, dated April 3d, 1769, and issued to James McConnell. The deed to Allen McComb is dated in 1790, the consideration being one hundred and seventy-four pounds. The patent was issued to Allen McComb in 1828, the consideration being two hundred and seventeen dollars and six cents.
