General Notes: Husband - William Andrew Bole

He graduated from the Allegheny High School and was appointed to West Point, passing all the examinations successfully but the physical one, which barred his entrance. He then entered the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Western University of Pennsylvania and after graduation entered the employ of the Westinghouse Company. He had charge of all the foundry work for a time and was elected vice president of the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company. He was associated with the company until shortly before his death.
