Mrs. Ethel M. Bell
OIL CITY – Mrs. Ethel M. Bell, 67, of Seneca, wife of Russell F. Bell and mother of 11 children, died at 4:15 a.m. today in the Oil City Hospital.
She was born in Lucinda Jan. 22, 1913, a daughter of Albert and Gertrude McLaughlin Fagley.
Mrs. Bell was a member of St. Stephen's Church.
She was married Nov. 7, 1934, to Russell F. Bell who survives.
Also surviving are seven sons, Charles Bell of Franklin, George Bell of Oil City, Robert, Thomas, Carl and William Bell, all of Franklin, and Clarence Bell of Seneca; four daughters, Mrs. Frank (Gertrude) Adelsperger of Marcellus, N.Y., Mrs. Charles (Rose) Rhoades of Venus RD 1, Mrs. Harry (Agnes) Larson of Hartford, Conn., and Mrs. Harold (Leona) Culp of West Middlesex RD 1; and 28 grandchildren.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by one granddaughter.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday in the Morrison Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Stephen's Church. Interment will be in Venus Cemetery. A vigil service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

OIL CITY – A funeral mass was read at 10 a.m. Monday, April 28, in St. Stephen's Church for Mrs. Ethel M. Bell, 67, of Seneca, who died Friday, April 25, in the Oil City Hospital.
Mrs. Bell, the wife of Russell F. Bell, was the mother of 11 children.
The Rev. Charles Skinner, pastor of St. Stephen's parish, was the celebrant of the mass.
Interment was made in Venus Cemetery.
Pallbearers, all sons of Mrs. Bell, were George Bell, Charles Bell, William Bell, Carl Bell, Thomas Bell, Clarence Bell and Robert Bell.
Attending the services from out-of-town were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Adelsperger and family of Marcellus, N.Y.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Culp and family of West Middlesex RD 1; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rhoades of Venus RD 1; Mrs. Harry Larson of Hartford, Conn.; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bell, Alberta Byron and Gladys McIntyre, all of Niles, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Neil and Dean Bell of Brookville; Mr. and Mrs. M.W. Ross, Russell Klugh and Mrs. Helen Laughlin of New Kensington.
Father Daniel Taylor, assistant pastor of St. Stephen's parish, conducted a vigil service in the Morrison Funeral Home.
