L. T. (Dick) Bell
UTICA — L. T. (Dick) Bell, 64, RD 1, Utica, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1992, at the West Unit of Northwest Medical Center, Franklin Campus.
He was born at Knox, June 22, 1928, a son of Ralph T. and Pearl E. Mays Bell. He moved to the Franklin area at a young age. He married Alice Pendleton, Nov. 24, 1975. She survives.
He was owner and operator of Bell's Auto Body and Frame Ser­vice and for 10 years was employed by Conair Inc. He retired in 1991 from Polk Center where he was a carpenter. He was a gradu­ate of Rocky Grove High School and a member of Franklin Elks Lodge, Rainbow Sportsmen's Club and Franklin Aerie 328, Frater­nal Order of Eagles.
Survivors in addition to his wife, are: one daughter, Mrs. Michael (Rhonda Bell) Pope of Pittsburgh, a son, Steven M. Bell of Franklin; a step-daughter, Mrs. Harry (Janet) Miller of Franklin; and a step-son, Jeffrey B. Heald of Pittsburgh; a sister, Mrs. Roy (Willazene) Dunkle Jr. of Franklin; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son.
Services will be held Saturday at 10 -a.m. at the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St., Franklin.
Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, New Franklin.
Calling hours are today from 2 to 4, and 7 to 9 p.m. at the fu­neral home.
The family suggests donations be made to the oncology depart­ment of Northwest Medical Center, Franklin Campus, 1 Dale St., Franklin, 16323.
