General Notes: Husband - Simon Peter Yockey
At his farm near Salina, a port village of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, on the Kiskiminetas river, he spent many years of his life.
He was a veteran of the Civil War, belonging to Company K, One Hundred and Thirty-first Regiment, Pennsylvania Infantry, serving nine months and sixteen days. He reenlisted in Company H, Twenty-second Regiment, Pennsylvania Cavalry, serving one year, seven months and eleven days. He was honorably discharged, October 13, 1865.
