He was an emigrant from Ireland, who arrived in Philadelphia while a young man. He married a Miss Pyle, the daughter of his employer, and removed to Centre County, Pennsylvania, where he died in 1802, about thirty years of age. [The source gives this information about this person but it seems much more likely that it refers to his father.]
