General Notes: Husband - James Wallace
The families of Wallace who settled in the Swatara region of Pennsylvania emigrated from County Antrim, province of Ulster, Ireland, and made location on Swatara, Manada, Beaver, and Bow Creeks between the years 1738 and 1743.
He married before he emigrated (1737-38) to America, and located on the Swatara. He was driven from his home by the Indians in 1756. In 1759 he was again upon his farm, as appears by his receipts for taxes.
