General Notes: Husband - James Turner
He immigrated to America about 1792, and a few years later came to Butler County, Pennsylvania, and purchased 200 acres of land on Bear creek, in what became Parker township. He and his wife were members of the Seceder church, and in politics, he was a Whig. He was one of the first settlers of Parker township.
