General Notes: Husband - Lt. Daniel Weld
He entered the colonial army of the English king, like his father and great-grandfather, and gave faithful service for many years in protecting the infant American colonies against the Indians. He spent his life on the ancestral farm at Roxbury, Massachusetts. His grave was made in part of the old Weld farm, which became a cemetery located near Bussey Park, Boston.
