General Notes: Husband - William Travis
He was born on the ocean while his parents were en route from Scotland to eastern Pennsylvania. He was among the early settlers of what is now West Mahoning, Indiana County, arriving in 1806, and his mill, which first occupied the site of Good's, was the first in that portion of the county.
The year of his death and his age are given by the source but don't seem right given the date of birth of his children.
