General Notes: Husband - Rev. Robert Porter Beatty
Rev. Robert Porter Beatty of Water St., Meadville, PA, was so named by his grandchildren, according to information received from John Yeater. He had a 90-acre farm on Water St. "every acre of which he could see from his home." His daughter-in-law Mrs. George Washington Beatty told her children he may not have been a regular minister but he was a very religious man.
