General Notes: Husband - Albion Beale

He and two brothers, Washington and John, came from Tuscarora valley, Juniata County, Pennsylvania, in the year 1801, and were among the early settlers of Allegheny County. They located first on Jack's island, and then after a time moved over the river onto a farm near Bull creek, buying in the following year the farm later known as the Sam C. Alter farm.
