General Notes: Husband - A. Frederick Wiegand
He received his education in the public schools of Butler, Pennsylvania, and at an early age became interested in business with his father, a contractor and builder of homes. Mr. Wiegand became one of the city's best known builders and erected many of the city's fine homes.
In politics Mr. Wiegand was independent. He held membership in the English Lutheran Church and belonged to the Elks Lodge.
