General Notes: Husband - John Andrew Whitehead

In early life, he went into the valley of the Mississippi, where he engaged in lumbering. After a few years he returned to North Huntingdon township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and engaged in farming. Later, he purchased a farm in Penn township, which he occupied until the time of his death.
