General Notes: Husband - Andrew McKenrick

Apparently he came to Adams County, Pennsylvania, as a young man, about the time of his marriage (circa 1815) and settled in the Buchanan Valley, Menallen Township.
He became an active operator of saw mills and his son Charles was associated with him in operations both on the Conococheague, near the Franklin County boundary, and on tributaries of the Conewago to the east.
His home place was near the crossroads leading from the main valley road
(Route 234) to St. Ignatius Church.
