General Notes: Husband - Hezekiah Mays
At the age of ten years he came to Venango County, PA, with his parents, who settled on the Allegheny river in Victory township. He passed his early life in various occupations and for many years conducted the tavern at May’s Corners. He filled most of the township offices, and held the postmastership at May’s Corners for several years. He was one of the early members of Bullion Methodist church, and later of the Pleasant View Methodist church.
