Oil City Blizzard, Oil City, PA; 29 Aug. 1919:
William B. Weaver, aged 79 years, died suddenly at his home, 214 W 10 Street (Oil City) at 12:45 this afternoon, of heart failure. The deceased was born Oct 10 1839 in Richland Twp., this county. He came to this city in 1860 and has been a well-known building contractor since that time. He was a member of the Trinity M.E. Church.
