General Notes: Husband - C. B. Sutter


He came to America in 1835; he resided on a homestead in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, beginning in 1849. Prior to that he worked in the South, boated on the rivers, labored on the Ohio and Pennsylvania furnaces, on the canals, &c., in order to raise money to buy a home.
