He attended a course of lectures at Pulte Medical College, Cincinnati, Ohio, and was a graduate of the Cleveland Medical College, of Cleveland, Ohio, and began the practice of medicine in Titusville, Pennsylvania, in 1894.
Dr. Steele was a member of the Elks, Knights of Pythias, Eclectic Assembly, World’s Mutual Benefit Association and Knights and Ladies of Columbia.
