General Notes: Husband - Abram Snyder


A farmer, he was born in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, and went to Clearfield County in early manhood.

He was a pioneer of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, coming there from Mifflin County, at an early day, and locating in Pike township, where he developed one of the best farms of the locality. He was a consistent member of the Presbyterian Church, a Democrat in politics, and for a number of years served as justice of the peace.
