General Notes: Husband - John Williams

---

He was reared a farmer and married, in 1846. In 1847 he settled on fifty acres at the mouth of Dogwood Run, and engaged in farming and milling. He had born to him a family of seven children, four of them sons. Mr. and Mrs. Williams were members of the Monaghan Presbyterian Church at Dillsburgh. Mr. Williams served as school director, auditor, assessor and judge of elections.
