Lorraine V. Norman
GARY, Ind. - Lorraine V. Norman, 57, of 3604 Gerry St., died at 7 a.m. Thursday in St. Catherine's Hospital at Gary.
She was born April 7, 1927, to Clarence and Anna Lusher Barr. The family had lived in the New Matamoras area.
She is survived by a son, Bruce, of Oregon; a brother, George, of California, and two sisters, Mrs. Barbara House of Griffith, Ind., and Mrs. Marjorie Walton of Key West, Fla. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin and Bobby.
Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Matamoras Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Conley officiating.
No calling hours are scheduled. Hadley Funeral Home in New Matamoras is in charge of local arrangements.
