General Notes: Husband - James W. Stevenson
He was born in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and at an early age located in Pulaski Township, Lawrence County, where his entire active business career was passed. The farm of 100 acres, on which he lived and which he improved to so great an extent, was the property of his widow.
Mr. Stevenson was a Republican in politics, and filled numerous township offices. In religious attachment, Mrs. Stevenson was a devout member of the United Presbyterian Church, of New Bedford.
