General Notes: Husband - Clifford Lovell "Kip" Pryor
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. After he was released from the navy he and a friend bought a home in Pacific Palisades, Calif. His friend's mother lived with them but the boys did most of the cooking and house keeping.

Clifford L. (Kip) Pryor, 47, of Santa Barbara, Calif., former Van resident, died unexpectedly at 9:20 p.m. Thursday in his home, according to word received here. Mr. Pryor, a World War II veteran, was associated in the real estate business in California. He was born July 19, 1920, at Van, a son of Clyde and Lottie Rote Pryor. His mother survives. Mr. Pryor was a member of the Van Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his mother, Lottie Pryor of Van, are three sisters, Mrs. Robert (Isabel) Wilson of Myerstown; Mrs. James (Genevieve) Schreffler of Van and Mrs. Winston (Ruby) Donaldson of Nickleville; a brother, Emerson J. Pryor of Danville, Va., and five nieces and three nephews. Funeral - Charles A. Morrison Funeral Home with Rev. William Milliron, pastor of the Van Methodist Church officiating. Interment - Mt. Zion Cemetery, Maple Shade.
