General Notes: Husband - Charles Pollock
He was one of four brothers who came from Coleraine, Ireland, to America, prior to 1750.
He located in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, near Fort Augusta\emdash later Sunbury. Owned pew 32, Buffalo Township Presbyterian church, in 1791. He was a farmer.
He and his wife had ten children, two died in infancy and three in early life. The other five, with their widowed mother, settled in the spring of 1800 in Waterford township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. Three of the sons, Adam, James and Robert, remained in Erie County, the other two, Thomas and William, moved to what is now Clarion County in 1806.
He died in White Deer, Buffalo valley. [NQ, 199]

She was from the neighborhood of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, a member of the old Steele family of Lancaster and Dauphin counties.
