General Notes: Husband - John Pickett
He lived at Salem (Connecticut? or Massachusetts?) in 1648 and at Stratford, Connecticut, in 1660; he was deputy to colonial assembly, 1673-75.
He and his wife had six children in all, four sons and two daughters.
He was born in England and came to Salem, Massachusetts, where he was a proprietor, and he was admitted to the church, November 1, 1648. He removed to Rowley, Massachusetts, and was town officer and proprietor in 1648. He deposed in 1664 that he was about forty-two years old.
His will was proved, according to "Pope's Pioneers," in Essex County, November 27, 1683, mentioning wife; sons, John and Samuel Pickett; Thomas Hammond and Solomon Phipps; daughters, Rebecca, Sarah, Mary, Ann, Jane and Hannah. He was a carpenter.
It is not clear which children were born to which of his wives.
