General Notes: Husband - Jacob Bare


He purchased one of the farms owned by his father and lived there all his life. He built a large stone grist mill in 1835, later (1907) owned by Samuel F. Prowell. He was a strong man; 5 ft. 11 in. tall, and weighed 200 pounds.
