General Notes: Husband - Casper Markel Neyman
He farmed with his father until his marriage, and then locating at Slippery Rock, Butler County, Pennsylvania, he was engaged in grist milling there for five years and in farming for one year. From Slippery Rock he moved to Cool Spring Township, Mercer County, where he was a farmer and miller for two years, was then a short time in Delaware Township, was one year in Lackawannock Township, and from that time until his death he was associated with different mills, the Balls Mill, (later the Hadley Mill), Watson's Mill and lastly the Clark's Mill in Perry Township. In politics he was one of the old-time Whigs.
