General Notes: Husband - Richard Morrow
He was born in Washington County, Pennsylvania, and lived to the advanced age of eighty-two years. He was a farmer in what is now Richland township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and was one of the pioneer settlers in that section. In his earlier years he was a school teacher in Perryville, but later devoted all his time to his farming interests. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
He was a laborer, and in 1831 moved to this township and settled upon the farm where he resided until his death. He held many township offices, and was justice of the peace for many years.
He and his wife had nine children; seven were still living in 1889.
