Livingston, CA

He enlisted in the Army on June 7, 1918; was on the water in July, and in the trenches and on the firing line in November. He received two gold chevrons for distinguished service. He was discharged from Company E, 6th Division, 52nd Infantry on July 9, 1919. He became a rural letter carrier, but died, as a result of the wounds he received in the war.
