General Notes: Husband - Levi W. McHenry

Civil War: he served in a nine months' regiment, and subsequently in Co. C, 11th Pennsylvania reserve corps for a year and a half. He was a prisoner for seven months in Andersonville and Salisbury, and died from the effect of prison life.
