General Notes: Husband - Samuel Culbertson Orr

He was born near Hannastown, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and was two years old at the time the town was burned, and his parents fled to the fort to escape the general massacre.
He removed to what is now Clarion County in 1805.
He was a farmer by occupation. Under the old constitution of Pennsylvania he was a justice of the peace for several years. He was a ruling elder of Rehobeth Presbyterian church for many years.
