General Notes: Husband - Frederick St. Clair Porch

He received his preliminary education in the public schools, and was graduated from the Northern Illinois College of Optometry of Chicago. He practiced his profession of optician from the time of his graduation, when he came to Greensburg, Pennsylvania, until his death.

He was a dentist in Greensburg, where he died at about the age of forty. His two children were also dead before 1918. He became the owner of the old family farm, but eventually allowed it to pass out of his possession.
