General Notes: Husband - William McPherson

---

After his marriage he located near the home of his father, about two and a half miles southwest of Atchison, Washington County, Pennsylvania, where he erected a handsome dwelling. Mr. McPherson assisted largely in the success of his father, by years of energetic and patient toil. In political life, he was an active member of the Democratic party, and filled several township offices.
