General Notes: Husband - Joseph McPherson


He was engaged for some time in the lumber business, but later became a hotelkeeper at Big Run, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, where he died aged sixty-six years. He was a well-known citizen, and a leading supporter of the Democratic party in that vicinity.
