General Notes: Husband - William Welsh

---

He was a farmer and stockman of Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, through most of the years of his life. He served a term as poor director for Westmoreland County, and in 1900 removed to Vandergrift, where he became interested in real estate. He helped to organize the Citizens' National Bank, serving as a director and as vice-president at the time of his death.
